    New salaries ready for Saco-S, OFR / S and Seko and the pay revision for 2021 has thus been concluded. This means that you can now notify your employees of their new salaries.

    This means that you can now notify your employees of their new salaries. This also applies to those who are not organized or don't belong to a collective agreement-bearing part. If possible, you need to announce the new salary in person. You should offer a post-salary review meeting.


    The new salaries are visible in Pass from 16 December and will be paid out with the salary in December. The new salary is valid from 1 June 2021.
