Email signature
Staff at Umeå University can customise their own email signature through their email client. The majority of PC users with client service receive an email signature to customise in their Outlook. This will become available to the majority of Mac users during 2024.
Other PC users and Mac users need to manually create their signature.
What should be included in the email signature
Umeå university logotype
For staff who need to manually create their signature the logotype is avaible for download. Choose left-aligned logo in file format PNG in Swedish or English. To see the files, you need to log in to Aurora.

Name and contact information
The signature should include your name and other relevant information. You are free to choose if your signature is in Swedish, English or both languages.
