    At Umeå university we currently use Canvas as a learning platform. Read more about the learning platform on this page.

    As an employee you can login to Canvas with your Umu-id.

    On a course site in Canvas there are many tools for you to build the course, structure the material, build the content, create assignments and other things that the students need to go through within the course.

    I Canvas you can find guides and material for how to create and work with your courses. There is an FAQ for your specific questions and an online course (in Swedish) to get started with Canvas.

    Decommissioning Cambro and Moodle

    The old learning platforms Cambro and Moodle will be shut down and decommissioned. How old material should be handled and filed and the time plan for the decommission can be found on the page Decommissioning Cambro and Moodle.

    Training and Support

    Do you need support? UPL offers daily support via Servicedesk for Canvas, Zoom, Umu Play, Ouriginal (Urkund) and Mentimeter.

    We also offer drop in Tuesdays to Fridays in Zoom, a user forum in Teams and workshops for our e-learning systems.
