Infocenter, Servicedesk and other university functions have limited opening hours this summer. The accessibility to university buildings and premises is also affected, as are the contacts to security guards and the COVID-19 Crisis Management Team.
Infocenter
The reception is closed from 25 June until 15 August. You can reach Infocenter via phone on +46 90-786 50 00 or via the contact form all weekdays between 8:00–16:00.
Servicedesk
Phone hours between 28 June and 13 August: 9:00–12.00, 13:00–16:00. Closed for lunch 12:00–13:00. Visitors are kindly asked to contact Servicedesk via phone to book an appointment.

Crisis Management Team for COVID-19
The email address corona@umu.se will not be checked between 3 July and 8 August. If you need to urgently get in touch with the Crisis Management Team due to reasons related to COVID-19 during this period, please contact the chairperson, Per Ragnarsson, via phone or text message, +46 70-380 55 83.
University buildings and premises
From 28 June until 15 August, the university's buildings will be locked. As an employee, you have access to your regular buildings using your Umu card and PIN code. If you need to access other buildings during this period, please contact passagen@umu.se.

Security if an incident occurs
To contact a security guard or get support if an incident occurs, please call +46 90-786 76 00. Your call will be forwarded to Infocenter during daytime hours. After 18:00, your call will be forwarded to the external security provider.
Emergency or crisis
In an emergency, please call 112. In the event of a serious crisis or if you need to get in contact with the university's crisis management team (non-COVID), please call +46 90-786 97 00.
