Seminar about secure research data management 31 May

11 May 2022

A seminar on secure research data management will be given on Tuesday 31 May. The focus will be on how research data should be handled so that it is done in accordance with the GDPR, and also what a researcher should be aware of in terms of information and IT security. The seminar is in English.

Information including research data, is one of the university's most important assets. The information must therefore be available to authorized personnel, and protected from, for example, leakage, distortion or destruction. If the information contains personal data, the GDPR's provisions for the processing of personal data must be complied with.

Presenters:

Tobias Nyström University Lawyer, Dan Harnesk, Information Security Coordinator and Ingegerd Stenlund, IT Security
