Staff and employment

    Human resources work at the Faculty of Social Sciences mainly comprises processing of cases and providing guidance in HR administration and labour law.

    The Faculty Office of Social Sciences works with issues related to human resources and employment:

    • Recruitment of faculty staff according to the Vice-Chancellor's and the faculty's delegation procedure
    • Coordination of faculty external engagement with trade unions, assisting heads of departments in their work with the collaborative agreement
    • Salary negotiations and salary formation
