Teaching staff employment

    Applies to teaching staff positions included in the Higher Education Act, the Higher Education Ordinance and the Appointments procedure for teachers at Umeå University.

    The appointments procedure contains regulations that Umeå University has adopted based on the Higher Education Act and the Higher Education Ordinance with regard to the categories of teaching staff that Umeå University employs.

    The Faculty of Social Sciences has two appointment committees. One for professors and docents and one for associate professors, assistant professors and research fellows.
