Participate in this year's Employee Survey 24/11–14/12

    On November 24, all employees at Umeå University will receive an email from Quick Search containing a link to this year's employee survey. The questionnaire, consisting of questions about your work, will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and will be available online November 24 through December 14.

    The aim of the survey is to provide a basis for improvement within your institution or department.
    – The goal is for all employees after a period of time to be able to see tangible improvements in their working environment, says Anders Sjöström, project coordinator.

    What happens next?
    The results of the Employee Survey 2014 will be presented in early February 2015. Subsequently, the results will be analyzed and used as a basis for departments and units in their future planning. An action plan will be created by the responsible department head in agreement with the employees. This action plan will be included in the Operational Plan (VP) that departments and units are required to submit in November 2015. This plan shall be agreed upon in workplace meetings and Local negotiation group (LSG).
