Basic course in fire protection in English

    A basic course in fire protection for employees will be arranged in English on Friday 27 March. According to a decision made by the Vice-Chancellor all employees have to take this course.

    The course comprises two hours of indoor theory and one hour of outdoor practice. It covers basic fire awareness, systematic fire protection work, building technical fire protection, and how to act in case of fire or fire alarm. The outdoor part covers practice with fire extinguisher and how to put out a fire in clothes with a fire blanket.

    About the course:

    • Friday 27 March 13.00-16.00, the Natural Sciences Building, room NA326. Cancelled due to illness!
    • Coffee is included. The cost is divided on the participating units.
    • Please bring outdoor clothes for the outdoor practice.
    • Register by sending an email to Carolin Johansson no later than March 20. Please state any food preferences in the registration mail.
