Africa - Initiation Grants for Internationalisation 2020 is now open

    This call targets the initiation of new academic collaborations between Swedish and African higher education institutions. In line with STINT's strategy, collaborations with emerging academic countries and institutions are encouraged. Last day to apply is 10 November.

    Several countries in Africa have rapidly developing higher education institutions. The aim of this call is to foster new balanced win-win academic collaborations.

    The internationalisation of higher education and research is mainly based on concerted, long-term efforts. Sometimes however, it is important to be able to act quickly when the opportunity arises. STINT offers grants for this purpose.

    The grants are given for the implementation of short-term projects targeting the building of new and strategically interesting international relationships. This call is co-funded by the Swedish Research Council.
