Attend the Annual Celebration 21 October 2017

At the ceremony honorary doctors, professors and award recipients are being honoured. The ceremony programme is highlighted by song and music. The banquest begins after the ceremony and includes a welcome drink, a three-course dinner with wine or non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and dancing to the band Renhornen.

Seating requests just for the ceremony

Staff members can reserve one or more seats at the ceremony, free of charge, as long as seats are available. You will get information in the beginning of October if you have gotten the requested seats. It many are interested the number of seats may be restricted per request. If you are just attending the ceremony you may dress as you please.

Registration to the banquet and ceremony

Staff member can register themselves and one accompanying guest to the banquet, as long as seats are available. Everyone attending the banquet will also get a reserved seat at the ceremony. The banquet costs SEK 900 per person and you must register no later than 25 September.

Dress code for guest attending both the banquet and ceremony: White tie and tails and white waistcoat, long gowns in colour of your own choise, national costume or academic gown.
