New doctor? Register to the Spring Graduation Ceremony

    The Spring Graduation Ceremony at Umeå University takes place at Aula Nordica on Saturday 19 May. Here you can find information about time and dates, dress code and how to register.

    The Spring Graduation Ceremony at Umeå University takes place on 19 May 2018 at 16:00 at Aula Nordica, Campus Umeå, and the following ceremony banquet at 18:00 at Restaurant Universum. The ceremony is arranged for doctors graduated at Umeå University up to and including 7 May, 2018.

    Please notice that you have to wear formal dress at the ceremony, i.e. white tie and tails and white waistcoat, evening gown, national costume or academic gown.

    Doctors of the faculty of Medicine should notice that the deadline for participating in the lottery of renting a doctoral hat is 28 Fabruary at 13:00 and for buying 7 March.
