"I would strongly recommend the programme to all doctoral students at Umeå University. I believe that the programme would really have a positive effect on the work environment if more members of staff participated," says one of the doctoral students from the first round.

For supervisors, the programme contributes with better understanding of the unique situation that doctoral students are in and can better develop their abilities to lead and support doctoral students.

"The programme is a very good initiative and is a good cooperation with Feelgood," says one of the supervisors.

"It's always interesting to meet colleagues that have other experiences to see how different it can be, and hence gain knowledge of problems that could arise along the way," says another supervisor.

The programme is held in collaboration between the occupational health care services Feelgood and the Human Resources Office at Umeå University.

Registration for Module 2 is now open. The course starts in mid-January. Last day to apply is 13 January 2020. Last day to apply to Module 3 is 14 April. The course starts at the end of April 2020. Module 1 will start in autumn 2020.
