Report data in Ladok by 15 January

Revenue that Umeå University receives for first and second-cycle studies is based primarily on the number of full-time equivalents and annual performance equivalents.

A condition for obtaining these revenues is that the University reports the number of full-time equivalents and annual performance equivalents to the Government, which is something that needs to be done with a short deadline.

15 January 2020 at 17:00 is the last time for reporting full-time equivalents and annual performance equivalents in Ladok for 2019.

Please note that any registrations performed after this date result in the numbers being excluded from the books and will hence be excluded from revenue for the University.

15 January 2020 at 17.00 is also the final date to report the registration of students in doctoral education and their activities.
