    Congratulations to Sonja Stenmark, the 2022 Best Lab Manager Award winner!

    Earlier this year, Wanrooij Labs from the Department of Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics at Umeå University nominated Sonja Stenmark for a competition launched by the Proteintech company, "Best Lab Manager Award". The award aims to recognise "those lab managers who go above and beyond the call of duty".

    Sonja Stenmark competed against hundreds of worthy nominees from the US, Canada, and Europe and was selected as one of the five finalists by the Proteintech panel. By the majority of public votes, Sonja Stenmark was nominated as the best Lab Manager of 2022!
