Registry and archives

The registry and archives provide support for operations on issues such as the recording of public documents, document management and care of archive documents.

The registry is responsible for documents received and produced at the university administration being recorded in the log. They also help to find and select archive documents for employees and external visitors. Contact the registry on issues of document registration, mail opening and disclosure of public documents.

The archive section of the administration offers advice and support to the departments' archive coordinators on maintaining archives, i.e. how best to handle the documents, how they are described and how they are listed. The university archivist is the official administrator for archive issues.
