Archive

The Archive Office has general responsibility for two different areas. One is to work on the basis of current legislation to draw up local regulations and the other is to receive, look after, store and make available archive material.

Other tasks of the archivist

The archivist is the official administrator for archive issues. The archivist also provides advice and service to archive users and visitors, as well as training and information within the agency. The Archive Office also takes charge of the archives of departments that have closed.

All the archive material stored is spread across various archive locations.

Archive Älgen

This is where all documents from the year 2014 onwards will be stored.

Sorting archive (in Lärarutbildningshuset)

This is mainly home to accounting records and salary calculation materials.

Old archive Fjällräven

Here you will find materials dating from before 1977 and the archive of the ethics committee.

Archive Lavskrikan

Here you will find the archive of departments that have closed.
