Welcome to UCMR day 2021!

    Scientists and staff members within UCMR research groups, collaboration partners and researchers with an interest in microbial research and/or infection biology, are welcome to the 12th UCMR day 14 January 2021!

    Scientists and staff members within UCMR (Umeå Centre for Microbial Research) research groups, collaboration partners and researchers with an interest in microbial research and/or infection biology are invited to a day of inspiring research presentations and an excellent opportunity for networking and initiation of multidisciplinary collaborations.

    UCMR day 2021 will be a digital conference, with talks from selected abstracts and invited speakers, and a virtual poster viewing and discussion session.

    Keynote speaker (plus one more to be announced):
    Emmanuelle Charpentier, Nobel laureate in Chemistry 2020
    UCMR Alumna, and honorary doctor at the Faculty of Medicine, Umeå University
