New routines for voicemail forwarding

    On 19 June, new routines for forwarding calls and voicemail settings will take effect. Most employees will not notice any difference. If, however, you have previously used the current forwarding system from Trio through the web interface, you will encounter some differences.

    Just like before, most installations concerning absence and voicemail will be made in Skype for business, albeit with some slight changes. For instance, the codes for how to forward your calls, and you will receive a new code to your voicemail inbox. Another change regards how to set recurrent absence such as parental leave, part-time employment or recurrent meetings.
    Information and manuals will be available on Aurora under Support and Service, IT and telephony from 19 June.
