Open Calls: JSPS International Fellowship Program FY2024

    The Stockholm Office of Japan Society for the promotion of Science (JSPS) has three open calls for conducting research in Japan. Sweden has special quota in cooperation with several nomination authorities for the programs.

    Summer Program for Master/Doctor students, Postdoctoral researchers (2 months in Summer)

    Application deadline for Swedish special quota is 5 January, 2024.

    Short-term for Doctor students/Postdoctoral researchers (1-12 months)

    Application deadline for Swedish special quota is 15 February, 2024.

    JSPS carries out programs that provide overseas researchers who have an excellent record of research achievements with an opportunity to conduct collaborative research, discussions, and opinion exchanges with researchers in Japan. Fellows are given guidance, further opportunities, a network of alumni, and other support provided by JSPS during and after the research tenures in Japan.
