Invitation to submit a proposal for an honorary doctor 2021

    All employees at the Faculty of Medicine are hereby invited to submit proposals for honorary doctors for 2021, no later than 11th of March. The installation of the honorary doctors will take place at the university's annual celebration on Saturday 23rd of October, 2021.

    The following categories of honorary doctors can be identified:
    • Well-qualified professors at other higher education institutions who, for a long period of time, have shown great commitment to education and research at the faculty and have collaborated with the faculty's researchers

    • Persons outside the higher education sector who, for a long period of time and in an exceptional way, have contributed to the development of research and teaching at the faculty

    • Persons within or outside the higher education sector who, for a long period of time and in an exceptional and decisive way, have contributed to a positive societal benefit in medicine and health
