Infocenter, Servicedesk and other university functions have limited opening hours this summer. The accessibility to university buildings and premises is also affected, as are the contacts to security guards and the COVID-19 Crisis Management Team.
The reception is closed from 25 June until 15 August. You can reach Infocenter via phone on +46 90-786 50 00 or via the contact form all weekdays between 8:00–16:00.

Crisis Management Team for COVID-19

University buildings and premises
From 28 June until 15 August, the university's buildings will be locked. As an employee, you have access to your regular buildings using your Umu card and PIN code. If you need to access other buildings during this period, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Security if an incident occurs
To contact a security guard or get support if an incident occurs, please call +46 90-786 76 00. Your call will be forwarded to Infocenter during daytime hours. After 18:00, your call will be forwarded to the external security provider.
