In case of illness during your holiday

    If you fall ill while you are on holiday and wish to swap your holiday days for sick leave, you must report this in PASS on the first day of your illness.

    You report your sick leave via PASS, or via email to your manager on the first day of illness. This also applies if you have a medical certificate. If you become seriously ill or are hospitalized and do not have the opportunity to report illness, the employer accepts a later report.

    If a change of holiday to sick leave is requested at a later time, the employee is not entitled to such a change.
