Umeå University’s model for acquisition of educational qualification

As a teacher at Umeå University, you can apply for acquisition of educational qualification. You are eligible to apply if you are employed by Umeå University and have at least 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, equivalent to at least 2 years of full-time teaching. Also, you must have taken courses in higher education pedagogy equivalent to at least 10 weeks study or 15 hp.
