Extended appointment as Deputy Vice-Chancellor

    While waiting for the recruitment of a Deputy Vice-Chancellor of education to be finalised, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Heidi Hansson's appointment is extended until 31 December 2022.

    On 1 July 2022, Professor Heidi Hansson's appointment as Deputy Vice-Chancellor at Umeå University with responsibility for undergraduate and postgraduate education was extended until the end of September 2022. The appointment has now been further extended until the end of December 2022, pending the recruitment of a new Deputy Vice-Chancellor.
