Salary review 2022

Umeå University and Saco-S has made an agreement about the salary review for 2022 on new salaries for employees covered by the review model of local negotiation. New wages will be paid out from June and apply retroactively from October 1, 2022. More information follows about what applies to staff that aren't organised or don't belong to a collective agreement as well as staff that are covered by the review model salary-setting discussion.

This applies for staff who are members of Saco-S and covered by the review model of local negotiation

Umeå University and Saco-S has made an agreement about the salary review for 2022 on new salaries for employees covered by the review model of local negotiation. This means that your manager can now announce your new salary and offer a follow-up discussion on your salary. New salaries will be paid out from June and apply retroactively from October 1, 2022.

This applies for staff covered by the review model salary-setting discussion

This applies for staff who are not members of a trade union or don't belong to a collective agreement-bearing party

This applies for doctoral students and teaching assistants

Negotiations between Umeå University and the trade unions are still ongoing and the parties have not yet reached an agreement. This means that the salary levels in the current agreements apply until new agreements have been signed.
