Attend the Spring Graduation on 18 May 2024

At the Ceremony, jubilee doctors are celebrated and new doctors are conferred. Seating is free and no dress code applies for those only attending the Ceremony. The Ceremony takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.

Banquet

The Banquet at Universum begins directly after the Ceremony. The Banquet includes a welcome drink, a three-course dinner with wine or non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and dancing to the band Renhornen. A photographer is available to take individual or group photos.

Registration to the Banquet

As a staff member you can register with one accompanying guest to the Banquet, as long as there is availability. The Banquet costs SEK 950 per person.

You can register yourself and, if you wish, one accompanying guest, by sending an email to promotion@umu.se no later than 4 April – the first come, first serve principle applies.

Please state:

• your name;
• your department, office or equivalent;
• name of any accompanying guest;
• any dietary requirements for you and your accompanying guest;
• if you will pay personally, state your home address and date of birth; or
• if your department will pay, state your department, contact person at the department and reference code for invoicing. The invoice will be sent after the celebration.

Dress code at the Banquet
