Salary review 2023

    The 2023 salary review has now been completed at Umeå University and the new salaries will be paid with the February salary payroll 2024. The new salary applies retroactively from 1 October 2023.

    Date when Umeå University and the respective employee organisation concluded the negotiations on new salaries within the framework of RALS 2023:

    • Seko 11 January 2024
    • OFR/S 11 January 2024
    • Saco-S 23 January 2024

    The dates are those that can be specified to Försäkringskassan regarding the date of new salary. The new salary applies from 1 October 2023. For those who had a salary-setting discussion (lönesättande samtal) the date on which the discussion was held applies. If the salary-setting discussion lead to a disagreement, the date 23 January 2024 applies.
