Workshops on internationalisation

    Do you need help getting started, or support and inspiration to move forward in your internationalisation work? The International Office is arranging two themed workshops during the spring: International experience and internationalisation at home. We work based on the university's internationalisation policy and implement different workshop methods.

    Umeå University believes it is vital that internationalisation permeates the entire organisation. Integrated internationalisation shapes the core views and values of the University, and is a prerequisite for being active in a globalised world.

    At the workshops, we go through the Internationalisation policy and the work materials available on the Aurora intranet linked to the policy. We work with different workshop methods to find direction and concrete goals. During the workshop, you will also get tools to work further with an action plan for internationalisation and take part in how others work with their internationalisation.

    The pages function like an encyclopedia that describes various concepts common in internationalisation. There is also material to download to work on developing an action plan.
