Package prices
When requesting a film assignment, the customer is always provided with a quote based upon the specific needs and requirements. The packages apply when filming takes place during office hours and on campus. All prices include internal university VAT (GEM).
Captions and subtitling
Captions refers to texting from one spoken language to the same written language. Subtitling refers to a translation of spoken language to another written language.
From 23 September 2020, new regulations apply for film, live broadcasts and pods published online (both on the web and in social media). The new Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Service means that all video made digitally accessible must be captioned. Live broadcasts are exempt, but they must be captioned if they are to remain publicly accessible after the event. This means that your film orders to Inhousebyrån will automatically include a quote for captions (live broadcasts are exempt), unless you specifically cancel this service. You should only cancel the service if your film will not be used publicly, and not on the web or in social media. Films published on the staff web, Aurora, require captions. Subtitling is always a matter of choice depending on which audience you want to reach.
Captions – text to the language spoken only

The package price includes up to ten minutes of film and published captions to the same language as is spoken, Swedish or English.
Captions and subtitling – text to both Swedish and English
Package price: SEK 5,550
The package price includes captions and subtitling of up to ten minutes of film. This means captions to the same language as is spoken as well as a written subtitling translation to the language not spoken – Swedish or English.

Live broadcasts
Consists of a production with 1–2 technical staff, video mixer, 2–3 cameras of which one is manned, as well as the displaying of a PowerPoint presentation if applicable. The broadcast takes place live via Vimeo for immediate distribution to the customer and, if desired, on social media.
According to the Act on the Accessibility of Digital Public Service, live broadcasts do not need to be captioned during the broadcast. When a live broadcast is published online after the event, however, the material is regarded as recorded film and must be captioned or else be removed. Currently, Inhousebyrån at the Communications Office has no satisfying, simple and cost-effective solution to caption long films, instead all live broadcasts will be removed after 14 days.

When purchasing live broadcast services, it is possible to add additional services to a reduced price.
Event mingle film (large package)
This package includes video footage during one mingle session. The organiser or similar is given the opportunity to talk into the camera about the event. The organiser can also pick out 2–4 people for short interviews. Footage from the live broadcast can be included in the film upon request. The film producer is available for one hour during the mingle in conjunction with the live broadcast.

Photo booth
This package includes a photographer who photographs guests in a photo booth. Equipment such as lighting is included in the price, but a potential backdrop or props such as fancy dress items are not included. The package does not include showing the photos to the guests on site. Instead, the photos will be delivered to the customer after the event, according to agreement. Showing photos at the event and the addition of graphic elements such as logos on each photo is available at an extra cost. This package does not include photo processing.

Filmed researcher's portrait or research film
A filmed researcher's portrait or research film consists of both interviews and surrounding footage. The plan for a cohesive production is developed in advance together with the customer. The finished product is delivered on Vimeo to be published on the customer's web page. The customer gains copyright to the film.
Price packages apply for filming during office hours and on campus.
All prices include internal university VAT (GEM).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Captions and subtitling to Swedish and English
Applies to films in Swedish or English and includes captions and subtitling in both languages, regardless of which one is the language spoken.
Price: SEK 4,000 for a maximum duration of 3 minutes.
Event mingle film
An event mingle film consists of both interviews and surrounding footage from the event. The customer gets the opportunity to ask questions to people being interviewed.
All prices include internal university VAT (GEM).
