Portrait photo
As an employee at Umeå University, you can order a free portrait photo. The times offered for this service are Tuesday afternoon between 14.30-16.30 and Wednesday morning at 09.30-11.30. Photography in our studio or on campus.
The package includes one image-processed image per person being photographed as well as a web-optimized and cropped image for the personnel page. The package does not include advanced image processing or retouching.

Workplace documentation
Small package
The price includes 10 processed photos as well as all unedited photos from the session (low-resolution). During the photo shoot, one person will be documented in various settings, for instance at a department or in a lab. The photography session is to take place on campus.
Duration: max 1 hour of photography
Large package
The price includes 20 processed photos as well as all unedited photos from the session (low-resolution). During the photo shoot, several people will be documented in various settings, for instance at a department or in a lab. The photography session is to take place on campus.
Duration: max 2 hours of photography
Event documentation
The price includes 10 processed photos as well as all unedited photos from the session. Individual portraits or group photos are not included in the price. The photography session takes place on campus.
Event mingle film (small package)
This package includes video footage from the event taken in conjunction with the photo session. The organiser or similar is given the opportunity to talk into the camera about the event.
Event mingle film (medium package)
This package includes video footage from the event taken in conjunction with the photo session. The organiser or similar is given the opportunity to talk into the camera about the event. The organiser can also pick out another person for a short interview where the organiser asks 1–2 questions.
Event mingle film (large package)
This package includes video footage during one mingle session. The organiser or similar is given the opportunity to talk into the camera about the event. The organiser can also pick out 3–5 people for short interviews. The film producer will perform the interviews based on one or two questions that the customer has submitted before the event. The film producer is available for one hour during the mingle.
Photo booth
This package includes a photographer who photographs guests in a photo booth. Equipment such as lighting is included in the price, but a potential backdrop or props such as fancy dress items are not included. The package does not include showing the photos to the guests on site. Instead, the photos will be delivered to the customer after the event, according to agreement. Showing photos at the event and the addition of graphic elements such as logos on each photo is available at an extra cost. This package does not include photo processing.
