ITS evaluates customer satisfaction

From 19 February until 2 March, ICT Services and System Development – ITS – will perform a customer service survey. The survey will take place as an automatic email sent to employees who use Servicedesk during this period.

The survey consists of three short questions and will take no longer than five minutes to complete.

ITS is constantly working to improve their offerings and the purpose of these short customer surveys is to better know how and what to improve. Your views are valuable in this work. This survey takes place once per year and is a way to improve how ITS delivers feedback and follows up cases.
