Användarforum för Office 365 (Office 365 user forum) is a forum in Teams for employees who wants to learn more about Office 365 from other employees at the university. In the forum, you ask questions of a general nature and help other employees by answering their questions.

Användarforum Office 365 is an open forum for employees using Office 365 – the university's digital workplace. In the forum, you can ask questions of a general nature about Office 365, answer other employees' questions and share your tips and experiences. Användarforum för Office 365 uses Swedish as it's first language but you are welcome to post your questions in English.

The purpose of the forum is to help employees get the most out of Office 365 and to increase knowledge about the possibilities with Office 365. The forum currently has channels for:

  • General: News and tips from the Office 365 team.
  • OneDrive: Questions about OneDrive.
  • Planner: Questions about Planner.
  • Teams: Questions about Teams.
  • Sharepoint: Questions about Sharepoint.
  • O365 - Övrigt: Questions about the other applications in Office 365.

Other ways to develop your Office 365 skills

In the spring and autumn of 2020, ITS held a number of webinars about Office 365. The webinars are available in Swedish and have subtitles both in Swedish and English. There are webinars on Office 365, Teams, Onedrive and Planner.

On the university's website Manual, you will find FAQs and manuals for the services in Office 365. Microsoft also has official help pages for Office 365 where you can find support.
