Extended access to premises

    For you as an employee to have better access to bookable premises and to be able to move in loft corridors between the buildings in the evening and at the weekend, the authorization on your Umu card has been extended.

    With your Umu card, you as an employee now have access to all main entrances and jointly bookable premises at 06:00–22:00 every day of the week. This applies on the campus where you are active, except for buildings with special security requirements. In addition to this, you have access to the building where your institution/unit is located around the clock.

    The purpose of the change is that you, as an employee, should have access to jointly bookable premises even outside of times you have booked, for example to prepare your teaching. The change is also a security and safety-enhancing measure, as you as an employee can now move between buildings indoors in the evening and at weekends.
