Research competence-development through ReaL

    On 19 April and 26 May the first two groups completed the Umeå University Research and leadership programme (ReaL). The ReaL programme is a competence and career programme for research leaders divided into three steps for researchers at different stages of their careers.

    The programme is a part of the University's efforts in providing competence support for researchers and is carried out as a project from 2015–2017.

    Step one is aimed at researchers who are starting their careers in research. Step 2 is aimed at established researchers with an existing network or research group and who want to further develop themselves in their roles as research leaders.
