New group for work environment and equal conditions issues

"The idea of ​​forming a common group for work environment and equal conditions is that we should be able to work together with these overlapping issues. We believe that it is an advantage to have a working group as a sounding board, even if each one of us has a main area of ​​responsibility. In this way, we hope to meet the departments' need for support concerning questions in the areas of work environment and equal conditions in a good way ", says Gabrielle Grahl, HR specialist at the Dean's Office.

The group will present itself at the Head of Department meeting on January 30, and hear what kind of support the departments are in need of, regarding these issues. Then, they plan to meet with the departments' representatives for working environment and equal conditions in the spring.
