Nominate for the Educational Prize

The aim of the prize is to highlight and encourage teachers' commitment and efforts in the development of higher education pedagogy. Through the award, teachers can receive recognition and encouragement for continued development work to strengthen the faculty's education.

Employees of the Faculty of Science and Technology are invited to nominate one or more winners.

Nominations must include a motivation and be formulated in such a way that the assessment committee can take a position on the nominee's merits without having personal knowledge of them. The motivation should be no more than two pages long (Georgia 11) and should give examples of the nominee's own or leading work in the field of subject or educational development.

The evaluation committee consists of an excellent teacher, the faculty's director of education, the pro-dean, a student representative appointed by the NTK, and the vice-dean for education.

The Faculty Board will decide on the award winners on 1 February 2023 and the award ceremony will take place during the Spring Promotion in May 2023.
