Apply to the leadership program ReaL step 1

    ReaL Research & Leadership Step 1 is a leadership program at Umeå University directed towards researchers in an early stage of their career.

    ReaL step 1 will be offered in 2024 and is open to 21 participants from all faculties.

    Submit your application no later than 6 November (email address can be found in the application form).

    Application and selection will take place in the fall of 2023.
