Nominate substitutes to the Faculty Board

    The faculty needs to carry out a fill-in election of two group substitutes for the faculty board. Via this form, you who are employed at the Faculty of Science and Technology can nominate candidates for the mandate period 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2025. 5 May is the last day to nominate.

    The nominees must be:

    1) Scientifically competent. Scientifically competent means someone who has completed a doctoral degree. Eligible is also someone who, according to older regulations, has been promoted to university lecturer without having completed a doctorate, or is employed as a professor without having completed a doctorate, if the employment is permanent and corresponds to at least 50 percent of full-time within the faculty,
    or
    2) has a permanent appointment of at least 50 percent as a university lecturer or professor on an artistic basis at the faculty. Heads, deputy heads and assistant heads cannot be members of the faculty board.

    Preferably nominate both a man and a woman.
