Closer IT support for the university administration

    Now all employees who work in the university administration at Umeå University can receive IT support on site in the Administration Building. During special times Monday through Thursday, ITS opens the doors for drop-in visits in the new premises on floor 2 of the Administration Building.

    Alongside the ITS Servicedesk's new premises at the Infocenter and as part of delivering even more qualitative IT support, ITS is now opening a special premises for all employees within the university administration. The premises are on floor 2 in Förvaltningshuset (https://link.mazemap.com/5wNHKd5U), the same floor as Förvaltningsfiket and have drop-in open Monday through Thursday.

    Drop-in opening hours are:

    Mondays and Thursdays: 13.00 – 14.00

    Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 8.30 – 9.30

    When IT support is not open, help is available via the ITS Service Desk in the Infocenter, via a web form or by phone. You can also book an appointment for a visit during other times umu.se/en/servicedesk/
