Employee satisfaction survey 2024 opens on 26 February

Between 26 February and 15 March, Umeå University will conduct a new employee satisfaction survey. It consists of a an anonymous and web-based survey that is sent to all members of staff via email.

To allow everyone to voice their opinions on what works and what needs to be improved, the University conducts an employee satisfaction survey once every three years. The results of the employee satisfaction survey form the basis for work environment improvements and to achieve a healthy work environment on equal terms on all levels of the organisation.

"I really hope that as many people as possible will take the time to respond to the survey. It's an opportunity for employees to influence their work environment by highlighting what already works well and what can be improved. And the more people that respond to the survey, the better," says Vice-Chancellor Hans Adolfsson.

You will receive the employee survey by email
The subject of the email will be "Umeå universitets medarbetarundersökning/employee satisfaction survey 2024" and the sender will be Umeå University. The link will be sent from the address medarbetarenkat2024@mail.quicksearch.se. Survey responses are always anonymous.
