Employee satisfaction survey – results timeline

25 March 2024

This year's employee satisfaction survey was answered by 72 per cent of the University's staff, which is a lower number compared to previous years. From the end of April, heads of department and other managers with staff responsibilities will access their organisation's results through a results portal.

Between 22 April and 8 May, heads of department or other managers with staff responsibilities will be able to access their department's or office's results through a designated results portal. Subsequently, you will need to take charge over presenting the results to your staff. Please remember that you can get support through your HR support function, superior line manager or the University's occupational health service provider if you should feel the need.

The results report will include the results for your department, office or equivalent, as well as potential results for any subgroups under the condition that at least five people have answered the questions. You will also be able to see the results of the questions regarding your leadership.

If you wish to get an in-depth analysis of your results or be informed of the results regarding exposure to undesirable behaviour, you can contact the HR specialist at your faculty office or equivalent. To obtain an in-depth analysis, or the results of the undesirable behaviour questions, at least eight respondents are required.
