Replace Your SIM Card on May 29

The transition to Tele2 on May 29 should be as smooth as possible for those with a mobile subscription. You only need to replace your SIM card in your mobile phone on the evening of May 28 or the morning of May 29. You'll keep your current phone number.

This is how the SIM card is changed

• At each institution/unit, there will be a designated responsible person who ensures that the SIM cards are distributed during weeks 20–22 to everyone affected at the institution/unit.
• If you have a mobile subscription, you will receive SMS reminders twice to prompt you to replace your SIM card.
• You can replace the SIM card in your mobile either on the evening of May 28 or the morning of May 29.
• On May 29 and 30, there will be extra assistance available at the Infocenter for those with company mobile phones. More information will be provided.
• If you have landline telephony via Teams, you don't need to do anything—the replacement will be arranged for you.
