The collaboration sites and My documents on Aurora were phased out on 30 June 2021. Instead, the university uses Office 365 for collaboration, communication, file sharing and storage. Consequently, Handbok för utbildningsfrågor and Chefshandboken have moved to Aurora.
Access to files from a collaboration site
The collaboration sites were phased out on 30 June 2021. When the sites were turned into read-only mode, a copy of all remaining content was taken. The material was stored in formats such as Word, Excel and similar. This means that the content has been stored in formats that cannot be automatically transferred back into a collaboration site in Sharepoint.
If you need access to these files from your collaboration site, please submit a request to Servicedesk.
The service My documents, which is a part of Sharepoint 2013, was phased out on 30 April 2021. If you are looking for a file storage solution, the university has other services to offer and recommend.
File storage and documents
Handbok för utbildningsfrågor and Chefshandboken have moved to Aurora.
The collaboration site Handbok för utbildningsfrågor (educational and teaching issues) is now found under Education and research and the heading Support for education (switch to Swedish to find the content).
This section provides support and help in planning and conducting education (Planera och genomföra utbildning) or support with the study administrative systems (Studieadministrativa system), for instance.
The previous Chefshandboken has now been revised and moved into Aurora into two parts:
- For managers. This page contains information specifically aimed at managers describing the role as manager, employer responsibilities, financial control and follow up. Most of this information is available in Swedish only. However, the news items aimed at managers that have been translated into English are listed on this page.
- HR guide. The HR guide is aimed at heads of departments or other managers with HR responsibilities, or at HR supportive functions. These pages present information about HR-related responsibilities and work tasks. Most of this information is available in Swedish only.
