Now we are starting to move our telephony to Teams

    In week 11, we start the move of Umeå University's telephony. This means we go from Skype to Teams to make calls. The move lasts for three weeks and everyone affected will be contacted via e-mail. We recommend that you start using Teams now so that you are ready when Skype disappears.

    Here is the timetable for the move to Teams

    You who are affected will receive a message via e-mail before, during and after the move with information and instructions. The move takes place during the night so there will be no interruption in your telephony. When your telephony has been moved, a dialpad will appear in the "Calls tab" in Teams - then you can make outgoing calls.
