Spring semester 2024

Department and subject evaluations

  • Supporting documentation for self-evaluation is drafted.
  • Departments/subjects start working on self-evaluations according to their own time plan.
  • External experts for review panels are recruited.

Faculty evaluations

  • Faculty evaluations are planned and organised.
  • Supporting documentation is drafted.
  • A review group is put together.

Thematic evaluation

  • One or several themes are picked out.
  • Faculty evaluations are planned and organised.
  • Review panels are put together.

Autumn semester 2024

Department and subject evaluations

  • Departments/subjects conclude their self-evaluations.
  • Supporting documentation is sent to the external experts.

Faculty evaluations

  • The Faculty writes a self-evaluation.
  • The review group initiates the evaluation.

Thematic evaluations

  • Self-evaluations and other supporting documentation is drafted and sent to the external experts.

Spring semester 2025

  • Department/subject evaluations and thematic evaluations.
  • Site visits in the organisation and presentation of report.
  • Drafting of action plans is initiated.

Faculty evaluations

  • Feedback and seminar.
  • Drafting of action plans is initiated.

Autumn semester 2025

  • Drafting of action plans continues.
  • Implementation of measures is initiated.
  • Meta evaluations of pilots and drafting of decision guidance documentation.
