ISP in Ladok

    During the spring semester 2024, the departments that want to start using individual study plan (ISP) in Ladok can do so. As of September 1st, 2024, ISP in Ladok is mandatory to use for newly admitted doctoral students.

    Already active PhD students can continue to use other systems for ISP (for example Word or Teams) until 2032-08-31, but can choose to switch to Ladok earlier if the department so wishes.

    Do your department want to start using ISP in Ladok?


    The first step is to contact the Ladok group and let them know who will be working with ISP in Ladok (that is, main supervisors, supervisors and decision makers). PhD students do not need authorization in Ladok for ISP because they work with their ISP in Ladok for students.
