Umeå University has four campuses with the main campus being Campus Umeå. Umeå is also home to Umeå Arts Campus. In addition, Campus Skellefteå and Campus Örnsköldsvik are the University's regional bases.
Umeå University does not own any premises. Most of the premises are owned by Akademiska Hus, but the University also rents from several other property owners such as Balticgruppen and Västerbotten County Council. The Property Management Office and the Campus Services Office are responsible for ensuring that the premises are maintained, adapted and developed according to the University's needs.
