Save, share and sync your files in OneDrive

OneDrive is an application in Office 365. In OneDrive you can store your own files and folders. 1 TB of personal storage space is included.

  • Search and find among your saved files
  • Share your files with other people

All employees have an account in Office 365, so you can already log in and start using OneDrive to store your own files. Because OneDrive is a cloud service, you can access your files from all your devices and wherever you are - as long as you can log in via the browser.

Box was phased out during 2020

The storage service Box was phased out during 2020. You can for example use OneDrive to store and manage your files.

Sensitive data and sensitive personal data

Do not publish sensitive data or sensitive personal data

You are not allowed to store sensitive personal data or information that is bound by secrecy in Office 365. For instance, this includes data such as information about a person's health status, protected personal data, tenders and procurements, information about individuals' ethnic origin, political standpoint and sexuality.
