Hearing loop transmitter
Umeå University has 11 classrooms with Roger hearing loop transmitters. In these premises you need to use a portable hearing loop receiver. Your receiver will be automatically synchronised upon entering. Portable hearing loop receivers can be borrowed from Infocenter.
Students who received an adapted hearing aid in primary school or lower-secondary school can often connect directly to the university's hearing loop transmitter.
